Since joining his father George in the business in 1980, Stephen has played a pivotal role in driving the growth and development of the company. Having first gained invaluable hands-on experience across all areas of the business, he has driven highly successful strategic change since 1997, when he and his brother Scott assumed ownership.
This success is reflected in the most recent evolution which has seen Stephen and Scott transition into business ownership roles which are non-operationally focussed, with direct management responsibility being devolved to the senior team.
