Sharkey were appointed by Lloyds Banking Group to undertake the phased refurbishment of Scottish Widows award-winning 220,000 sqft category A-listed Dalkeith Road offices in the heart of Edinburgh. The design and build project, which comprised 12 separate phases, involved the redesign of much of the open-plan office space to enable agile working and entailed the integration of 1500 new workstations and the creation of a new coffee shop and break-out facilities.
