Sharkey were appointed by Corran Properties to transform the classic five-storey 4,500 sqft Georgian townhouse at 32 Charlotte Square into the new headquarters for a leading property asset management and investment group. This challenging project involved the full strip out of the existing building, and the removal of over a century’s worth of inappropriate modern interventions to return the building back to its original Georgian condition whilst ensuring its fitness-for- purpose as a modern headquarters.
